If you are interested in sponsoring an Event, please visit Our Events page and purchase an Event Planning Ticket of your interest. Please follow the proper contact channels so your efforts are productive and your experience remains a positive one.
Order questions: When you email us, please include information pertaining to your order and as many details as possible for a quicker and more efficient outcome.
Website problems: If something is wiggy with the website, a screenshot attached to your help email is VERY helpful so we can see what’s going on. If you got a specific error, please copy and paste that error into your email so we can fix it.
If you’ve got a media inquiry or some other business solicitation, please submit all inquiries via The booking the show page. Again, any pitches or business inquiries sent to the Contact for Help page will be ignored and marked as spam.
