THE ANNA BANANA SHOW SHOP POLICY
PURCHASE PRICE– As stated in our Term of Service, prices are subject to change without notice. While we will try to give notice if there is going to be an upcoming sale, the price at the time of purchase may not be the same as the price you saw while visiting the site previously. All prices are shown in US Dollars. If. You are outside of the United States, when you pay you may be offered the option to have the amount due converted into your local currency. We are not responsible for the conversion rate. See the payment processor terms for details on currency conversion.
DELIVERY, NON-DIGITAL GOODS– We use the US Postal Service or other services for delivery of orders. If a tracking number is generated that will be provided to you. During checkout you will be able to select your method of delivery from the options available for your destination.
DELIVERY, DIGITAL GOODS – All digital goods are delivered electronically and are subject to our Digital Downloading Terms of Use.
SALES TAX– In accordance with state law, residents of Texas will be charged sales tax for purchases made on the site.
COUPONS– Periodically we will issue a coupon code. Please read the terms and conditions of the coupon to ensure your purchase qualifies. Coupon codes MUST be added at the time of purchase.
RETURNS, NON-DIGITAL GOODS– Read our return policy HERE.
REFUNDS, DIGITAL GOODS– Digital Products are non-returnable.
LOST NON-DIGITAL GOODS– If your shipment is lost and does not arrive in the time period selected for shipping, please contact us so we can help to resolve the matter.
DAMAGED NON-DIGITAL GOODS– If the products in your shipment arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. Do not discard the damaged goods until we have let you know it’s OK to do so.

You will receive a notification email containing your tracking number when your order ships from our Texas Studio.
WHEN?
Once made & shipped, most orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days (excluding US holidays & weekends).
*Please note, shipping/transit times are in addition to the time needed to make your special order.

USA
We ship via USPS for all destinations within the continental United States.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders ship via DHL Express. Rates vary by destination and will be shown in your cart at checkout
Please note that our online pricing does not include duties or fees that may be imposed by your country. International orders could be subject to VAT/taxes are additional to the price paid to The Anna Banana Show, LLC for shipping and the product(s). Taxes charged by the destination country are not fees imposed by The Anna Banana Show, LLC and vary by country.
Please consult with your local agencies if you are unsure of what the taxes charged may be. We cannot issue refunds for shipments that are unclaimed or otherwise abandoned with customs. All international orders are tracked and insured.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please ensure all shipping information is up-to-date and entered correctly at the time of purchase as each shipping label is generated to your exact shipping details entered at the time of order. Changes cannot be made to the intended destination once your special package has shipped.
We work very hard to make each custom order & do everything we can to ensure its proper arrival to its final destination.
However, please know that packages properly labeled & mailed to your provided address by us and marked as "delivered" by the US post office are not eligible for lost/undelivered claims & are out of our control. Please contact your local post office immediately if you feel that your package was misdelivered in their error.
Delays may sometimes occur in transit due to weather, customs, etc. that are out of our control.

Each custom order of Non-Digital Good(s) is made just for you. All sales on these custom items are Final Sale and non-refundable.
